This large plate of eggplant pasta parmesan was well deserved ladies and gents.  I went on a woman date with my lovely friend Taylor tonight and got to relax after this long, long day.  I was very stressed today trying to plan my next semesters and working and blah blah blah.  I can't wait for this weekend, when I get to see the boy fran, yet again!  Lucky woman I am.  Almost there guys, we can do it.
